The main ingredient here is... guess what? Avocado!
They import them mainly from farms in Mexico and Peru, where farmers use special irrigation systems that save water and are environmentally friendly.
You can taste an avocado burrito with beef, Hawaiian poké bowls, guacamole and nachos. Or have a brunch with filtered coffee and avocado toast or avocado croissant with smoked salmon.
The bistro features also an open garden in the courtyard, surrounded by a flower jungle, with a capacity of 25 seats.
