Delroy’s Gym offers a plethora of martial arts classes including Aikido, Capoeira, boxing, fit-Thaibox for women, karate for kids, light kickboxing and regular kickboxing, Krav Maga (a military hand-to-hand combat system advanced in Israel), MMA (mixed martial arts), Sambo (A Russian combat system), Thai boxing and Valetudo (a Brazilian combat sport).
