Pizza Nuova

Pizza Nuova (part of the Ambiente group) bakes traditional Naples-style pizzas, using the best San Marzano and Pienolo tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and olive oil. The pizzas are hand-rolled according to the guarded tradition of Verace Pizza Napoletana.

This cool 1st-floor space filled with big tables and banquettes with picture windows overlooking náměstí Republiky is a lot classier than it looks from street level. Attractive waitstaff leads you past blackboard menus to your table, where a menu of well-executed pasta and pizza awaits.

The variety of pastas offered at Ambiente Ristorante Nuova are fresh and mouthwatering and made from the finest Italian ingredients including Caputo, Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses, carefully selected extra virgin olive oil, San Marzano DOP sun-ripened tomatoes and much more.

Antipasti are excellent, and evenings there's also pricey fish and grilled beef.
