Description
History and good food since 1843! U Pinkasu Restaurant in the second half of the 19th century became the center of Czech patriotism, where renowned politicians and other giants of our history, such as Františk Palacký, František Ladislav Rieger, Josef Jungmann, T.G. Masaryk, Jan Masaryk, and many others used to meet.
Talking about beer, the record holders counted their daily amounts in tens of half-liter glasses. The pub’s record is over one hundred half-liter measures in a single day, just to know it.
You can find the best Czech dishes from the cookery books of grandmothers and great-grandmothers, and remember: the traditional Czech kitchen can also be healthy!
